For a small scheme at Pitkevy, we produced a concise composite utilities drawing. The plan combines affected responses from asset owners with clear notes and symbology, delivered as a smart, interactive PDF that is simple to navigate.
Scope and process
- Requested current records from telecoms and electricity transmission operators
- Identified affected BT assets and a 275 kV overhead line from SP Energy
- Recorded not affected confirmations and tracked any pending responses
- Issued a single sheet composite drawing for quick reference

Notes and limitations
- PAS 128 Type D desktop study
- Digital deliverables intended as a visual guide, for detailed analysis refer to the original plans from each operator
- Site works should follow HSG47 for underground services, and GS6 for overhead lines
- Validity typically ninety days from the search date, operators may impose shorter periods
